7 PM - Trolls (2016)
From the creators of Shrek comes DreamWorks Animation's Trolls, a smart, funny and irreverent comedy about the search for happiness, and just how far some will go to get it.
This hilarious film transports audiences to a colorful, wondrous world populated by the overly optimistic Trolls, who have a constant dance in their step and a song on their lips, and the comically pessimistic Bergens, who are only happy when they have trolls in their stomachs.
After the Bergens invade Troll Village, Poppy (Anna Kendrick), the happiest Troll ever born, and the overly-cautious curmudgeonly Branch (Justin Timberlake) set off on a journey to rescue her friends. Together, this mismatched duo embarks on a rescue mission full of adventure and mishaps - trying to tolerate each other long enough to get the job done.
Utilizing music to further the film's narrative, the Trolls soundtrack is produced by Justin Timberlake and features five original songs including songs by Justin Timberlake, Ariana Grande, Anna Kendrick and Gwen Stefani, in addition to a number of classic hits from the '60s through the '80s.

8:45 PM - Beauty and the Beast (2017)
Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" is a live-action re-telling of the studio's animated classic which refashions the classic characters from the tale as old as time for a contemporary audience, staying true to the original music while updating the score with several new songs. "Beauty and the Beast" is the fantastic journey of Belle, a bright, beautiful and independent young woman who is taken prisoner by a beast in his castle. Despite her fears, she befriends the castle's enchanted staff and learns to look beyond the Beast's hideous exterior and realize the kind heart and soul of the true Prince within. The film stars: Emma Watson as Belle; Dan Stevens as the Beast; Luke Evans as Gaston, the handsome, but shallow villager who woos Belle; Oscar® winner Kevin Kline as Maurice, Belle's eccentric, but lovable father; Josh Gad as Lefou, Gaston's long-suffering aide-de-camp; Golden Globe® nominee Ewan McGregor as Lumiere, the candelabra; Oscar nominee Stanley Tucci as Maestro Cadenza, the harpsichord; Oscar nominee Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, the mantel clock; and two-time Academy Award® winner Emma Thompson as the teapot, Mrs. Potts.

With his unmistakable and compelling vocal range and adept songwriting ability, Dylan Menzie is one of Atlantic Canada's prime musical exports. He has been making big strides since his debut in 2013; including two albums and multiple awards and accolades. His 2016 release, Adolescent Nature, garnered two hit singles "Kenya" and "Talk to Me" each spending eight straight weeks on CBC Radio 2 Top 20 countdown, including two at number one. Menzie is currently working on his anticipated third album to be released in 2018.
Tara MacLean is an award-winning, PEI-born singer/songwriter. She has written and recorded four solo albums, and two more with her band SHAYE. Tara left Prince Edward Island as a teenager with dreams to become a professional singer, with her Nana telling her that she could go as far as she wished, but one day her heart would lead her home. As usual, Nana was right. After touring the world, Tara realized that the greatest music she'd ever heard came from the place where she was born.
Atlantic Blue, her new show at The Guild Theatre, is Tara's love letter to Canada's East Coast and to the music that informed the songwriter she became. It's also an ode to the ocean that brought her ancestors to the red shores of this beautiful island. Tara has been a published songwriter since 1995, and works with up and coming, as well as established songwriters. Tara is a devoted wife and mother of three beautiful girls, Sophia, Stella and Flora.
